On trips organized by SICRO Travel, the same person acts as both tour guide and official group escort. They stay with the group at all times, coordinating the schedule, accommodation formalities and communication with participants, so the organizer doesn't have to handle the trip's logistics. Transport is provided by licensed operators, consistently selected by the SICRO Travel team.

Accommodation units are pre-selected and checked by the SICRO Travel team, all rated at least 3 ★. Room allocation and guest lists are prepared before the group arrives, so check-in is quick and without waiting.
Breakfast is organized at the accommodation at a set time for the group, allowing the schedule to be kept without individually searching for restaurants in the morning
Travel medical insurance is issued for each participant. In case of an unforeseen situation, the SICRO Travel team assists the organizer in contacting medical services and handling the necessary procedures.
The offer is calculated for departure from Chișinău. For other localities we recalculate the route and transport cost.
PLANNING THE BUDGET OF THE TRIP
To help you correctly estimate the trip budget, below you will find the approximate costs for entrance tickets and meals. These amounts are not collected by the agency and are not part of the tour package price. Entry to attractions is paid directly at the visited locations, in cash and in local currency. To avoid queues and individual payments, tickets are purchased for the entire group based on the number of participants, directly from the attractions' ticket offices. This procedure allows the group to enter quickly and, in most cases, benefit from official group rates

For us, transport is not just the group's movement, but the main safety element of a trip. For over 10 years we have been constantly organizing group trips, and the selection of carriers and drivers is done carefully, based on experience and feedback received from participants

We provide groups with modern buses and minibuses operated by professional drivers who know the routes we frequently travel. Before each departure, the vehicles are technically inspected, and the schedule is set so that the trip is comfortable and safe.
