Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop client relationships;
• Provide personalized consultation for selecting travel services;
• Promote tour offers via phone and online communication;
• Process bookings and prepare travel contracts;
• Provide detailed information about trips and destinations;
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients;
• Continuously update information on travel services and packages.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Genuine desire to work and learn;
• Previous experience in sales, tourism, call centers, or event organization;
• Knowledge of CRM systems (AMO, Bitrix, etc.) — an advantage;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail;
• Fluent Romanian (other languages are an advantage).
